THROWBACK: ‘Playgirls’ performance during Liberal Party gathering

Playgirls has gone infamous on the internet after their ‘lewd’ performance at ABS-CBN’s Pilipinas Got Talent which criticized by the netizens and even actress Angel Locsin didn’t hesitated to buzzed out the girl group during the said talent show.
The concerned actress said that she can’t resist seeing the girls performing lewdly in front of the cameras.
“Ako kasi parang hindi ko kaya na makita kayo na nagsasayaw na naka-underwear para lang sa ’min. Masyado kayo magaganda at masyado niyo ’tong pinaghirapan para gawin ’yan,” she said.
“Kung may talent kayo, ’yun ang ipakita niyo sa ’min dahil talent ang hinahanap namin dito, hindi katawan. Kaya ko kayo binuzz, ayaw kong ma-objectify kayo. Masyado ako nagmamalasakit para sa inyo para i-go ko ’to at patuloy kayong panoorin ng mga kalalakihan na ginagawa iyan.”
The situation became worsen when some members of the group back stabbed Angel Locsin by criticizing the actress on social media instead of defending their side in front of the judges.
“Makapagsalita akala mo naman di sya nagsuot ng seksi nung nag-Darna siya, naka bra’t panty lang din siya. Buti nga’t may suot kaming damit eh,” Yuna Love Lee, one of the members of Playgirls said via FB.
Despite of the tremendous amount of criticism received by Playgirls, the group even celebrated after their infamous performance reached number one on Youtube Trending.
